This recipe was given to me by my favorite chick Megan Riley. It is the best fudge recipe I have ever had! Easy to make, fast and to top it off, the best flavor! and you do NOT have to wait until the holidays to make fudge! Anytime of year is good for me.
Fudge by Megan1 12oz jar marshmallow cream
1 ½ cup white cugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
¼ tsp salt
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Lightly grease 8x8” pan.
2. In a large saucepan, on medium heat, combine marshmallow, sugar, milk, butter and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and pour in chocolates and add vanilla. Stir until smooth.
4. Pour into your 8x8 pan and let cool 2 hours.
