This is a Lyon House recipe that is super creamy and light and delish! As you can see, even the kiddos love it!
Lemony Pudding Dessert
1 Cube butter, softened
1 Cup flower
1 pckge (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
1 large package instant lemon pudding
Cut your softened butter into flour with fork or hands until well mixed. Press mixture on bottom of 9x3 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until just slightly golden brown. Cool completely.
Blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar with hand mixer until well blended. Fold in cool whip, then spread onto baked cool crust. Next, mix lemon pudding according to directions. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with additional cool whip. Chill until ready to serve. En
