Deviled Eggs

These are my favorite simple and easy things to make for parties.
Deviled Eggs

1 dozen hard boiled eggs
1 c mayo
2 Tblsp dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
sprinkling of paprika

Hard boil 12 eggs. Cut eggs in half length wise and place egg white portion on plates. Put all cooked yolks into bowl and crush with fork. Add mayo and mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Mix together. Add more mayo if not smooth enouph, should be creamy but not runny. You can either spoon into egg whites or pipe them in to make fancy. Sprinkle a dash of paprika on each egg for color.
