Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Another reason why I love my mother in law! She gave me this recipe! This is always a family favorite, as you can see by the photo the kids and hubby got to it before I got a chance to take a nice elegant photo! Im a big fan of curry and saucy so its a little revised but you can add more or less of any of the ingredients and it will come out splended!
Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
3 heads broccoli, cut off stems, steamed
2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayo
3 Tblsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp curry powder
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boiled and cooked

Combine soup, mayo, salt and pepper to taste, lemon juice and curry to make sauce. Place broccoli on bottom of baking dish. Cube chicken and place ontop of broccoli. Pour sauce over top. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until heated through and slightly browned.
