My best friend is the most amazing cook and baker! Everytime I go to visit her she inspires me with something new and amazing. This last visit was no acception. So easy to make ans so fancy and decadent! Thanks Nay! Love ya sista!

Naomi's Stuffed Brie Bake

1 brie round (carefully cut off any outer pretecting layer)
3 Tblsp jam or my favorite, jalapeno jelly
1/2 package of refrigerated cresent dough

After cutting off any outer rine on the brie cheese, cut cheese in half through the middle to stuff. Spoon on the jam or jelly and replace the upper half. Lay out half the dough and seal the edges, wrap around the cheese and seal the top of the dough. Bake at 375 for 11-15minutes until lightly golden brown. Serve with cut up pieces of french bread.
