Berried Delight



This is a super yummy and light summer dessert recipe I got from a super awesome chick! Thanks Sharon Page for sharing this recipe!
Berried Delight

Crust:
1 1/2 cups grahams cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter ( Mix these 3 ingrd. and press firmly into 13 x 9 " pan. Chill)

Topping:
1 8oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
3 1/2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
2 pints strawberries, halved
2 pkgs (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 cups cold milk

Beat cream cheese w/ 1/4 cup sugar & 2 Tbsp milk til smooth. Fold in 1/2 the Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Arrange berries in even layer. Using 3 1/2 cups milk, prepare pudding as directed. Pour over berries. Chill several hours or overnight. Before serving, spread w/ additional Cool Whip and top w/ more berries.
