Kale Chips

 I have finally given in and tried what I though would be disgusting, but they are amazing! Oh my goodness! They are so crispy and delicious, I like them even better then a potato chip! My new favorite snack!

Kale Chips

1 bunch kale, stalks removed
1-2 Tblsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Tear kale off of the hard and bitter stalk so you end up with just the leaves. Rinse and dry kale. Place them evenly on a large cookie sheet, drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with just a little salt, you can sprinkle on a touch of pepper too if you'd like. Toss the kale around lightly, then lay evenly on cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crisp, careful not to burn. EnJOY!
