Oreo Ice Cream Cake
Thank you Amy Bell for this recipe also! I have had it before and have always wanted to make it. Super easy, just have to make a day ahead of time to allow the ice cream to set. I also double the fudge, I know your surprised right?! ha ha.
Oreo Ice cream Cake
30 oreos crushed
6 Tbsp. butter melted
1 jar Mrs. Richardson's hot fudge (16 oz.)
1/2 gallon mint ice cream
1 small tub of cool whip
Combine crushed oreos and butter in 9x13 pan and press firmly to form crust. Harden in freezer for 30 min. Heat hot fudge and layer over oreos. Return to freezer until firm. Spread softened ice cream over fudge. Spread top with Cool Whip. Place in freezer until ready to eat, atleast 4 hours.
