Artichoke Soup
2 (10oz) cans artichoke hearts
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1 Tblsp lemon juice
2 C half and half
Drain artichoke hearts and cutt off coarse tops. Puree with chicken broth. Heat with remaining ingredients. Garnish with chopped parsley, lemon slice or dollop of sour cream.
