Buttery Rolls

Sorry no picture, having camera problems. I love these light and fluffy and not to mention super buttery rolls! Easy to make, easy to eat. My kinda food!

Buttery Rolls

Dissolve 2 pkgs of yeast in ½ c. warm water with 1Tblsp sugar. Set aside until foamy.

Blend ½ c. oil
2 eggs
½ c. sugar
2 tsp salt
1 ½ c. warm milk
Add yeast when activated. Add 6-7 cups flour until dough is not sticky. Knead 8-10 minutes. Place in buttered bowl-covered with towel. Rise 1 hr.
Punch down- shape 24 rolls and put into 2 greased 9x13 pans. Cover and rise another hour. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Melt 1 cube butter and spread evenly over rolls.
