Topsy Turvey Lasagna
My friend Angela Frehner made this recipe for me after I had the twins C-section. I was inlove with this dish since! Super easy to make, not many ingredients but tastes even better than a lasagna! mmmmmmmm
Topsy Turvey Lasagna
1lb ground beef (I use ground turkey)
28oz can spaghetti sauce
5 c. cooked egg noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz shredded mozzarella, divided.
Brown ground beef in skillet and drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and simmer with meat for 10 minutes. In a lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish, combine noodles, ground beef mixture, cottage cheese and 1 c. of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well. Top with remaining mozzeralla. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. EnJOY!
