Yes I really mean it, I'm posting a recipe for Hot Pockets, and no I do not mean those horrible frozen things you buy at the store when you have no other food source. These are a nice quick meal to whip up in a hurry without feeling like you fed your family cardboard. There are so many variations of these, have fun with it and let me know all the fun things you filled yours with!
Hot Pockets
2 stalks green onion
1 lb ground beef, browned
1 pckge cooked mixed veggies
1 jar marinara
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2-3 pckges refrigerated crescent rolls
salt and pepper
In a large cooking pot, heat onion, beef, veggies, marinara and salt and pepper.
Take 1 triangle of the crescent rolls and lay out on a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with Pam. Place 1-2 Tablespoons of the beef mixture on each triangle of crescent dough. Then top with a little cheese. Take another triangle dough and seal on top of the first dough that is filled with mixture.
Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. EnJOY!
