Brownie pizza

One of my favorite desserts to bring to a party! This is a pampered chef recipe that I have tweaked a little. The key to this is only using parchment paper for your brownie or else it will just leak off into the oven. yes I have learned this from experience. I always mess up the first few times before I get the recipe right.

Brownie Pizza
1 pckge fudge brownie mix (plus ingredients to make brownies)
1 pckge 8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ c packed brown sugar
¼ c creamy peanut butter
2 pckge 1.6oz each, Reeses peanut butter cups, chopped
¼ c peanuts, chopped
2 bananas, sliced
4 Tblsp semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375. cut circle out of parchment paper and place on pizza pan or pampered chef round stone if you have one. Prepare brownie mix according to pckge directions and pour batter onto parchment, spreading evenly but keep away from sides so it doesn’t drip. If batter is runny, add Tblsp flour to thicken. Bake 15-18 minutes or until set. Do not over bake. Cool completely.
Mix cream cheese, brown sugar and peanut butter until smooth. Spread mixture onto cooled brownie leaving ½ “ away from edges to make look like pizza.
Chop Reeses and peanuts and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Arrange sliced bananas ontop.
Microwave chocolate in plastic bag for 1 minute and kneed with hands until smooth in bag. Cut small tip off of bag and drizzle chocolate over pizza. Refrigerate until ready to serve and cut with pizza cutter.
Enjoy!
