Julie's Artichoke and Green Chili Dip

My amazingly talented friend, Julie Mulkay, made this dip for me a few years ago and has always been a crowd pleaser! It is so rich and creamy, my all time favorite dip!

4oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup grated parmesean cheese
1 (4oz) can green chili’s (Ortega fire roasted chopped)
1 cup mayo
dippers: tortilla chips or pita bread

In a medium bowl combine artichokes, cheese, peppers and mayo. Transfer mixture to a 8inch round baking dish. Bake uncovered in a 350 oven for 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm with dippers. Makes about 2 2/3 cups. EnJOY!
