Better Than Anything Cake

I got this recipe from my friend Ruth May... I needed something sweet and wonderful quickly and this was the recipe for me! A no brainer to make and really fun to eat! ;)
Better Than Anything Cake
1 box german chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar caramel topping
1 (8oz) whipped topping
1 cup heath bar, crushed (or toffee bits)

Make a cake as directed on the box and cool 15 minutes. Poke the top of the warm cake every ½ inch with handle of wooden spoon (holes need to be larger in size to soak in toppings). Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over cake. Drizzle with caramel topping. Run a knife around edge of pan to loosen cake. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours. Spread whipped topping over cake and add crushed heath bar on top.
