Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup

Ive always wanted to make a home made chicken noodle soup, so why not now in the heat of the summer! No problem! I just cranked up my A/C and served a nice hot delish soup that was definatly worth eating hot soup in the summer. mmm mmm good!
Hearty Chicken noodle Soup

2 tsp chicken soup base, or 2 bouillon cubes
6 cups canned chicken broth
2 cups chopped carrots
2 cups chopped celery
¾ cups chopped onion
2 cans (10 /2oz each) cream of chicken soup
¼ cup evaporated milk or ½ cup whole milk
2 cups cooked diced chicken
2 ½ oz. (about 4 cups) egg noodles (try “country pasta, homemade style egg pasta” from Costco or Sam’s)

Heat chicken soup base (or bouillon) and stock together. Add carrots, celery, onion, cream of chicken soup and noodles. Simmer until tender, about 10 minutes. Add cooked chicken and milk. Salt and pepper to tast. Serve with biscuits or over mashed potatoes.
