Katrena's Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

My friend Katrena had my family and myself over for dinner the other night and made us the most incredible pizza's! The toppings were amazing but the dough was the best dough I'd ever had!
Katrena's Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

2 cups warm/hot water (as hot as the tap can get)
2 heaping Tblsp yeast
2 heaping Tblsp brown sugar
3 cups flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Ingredients for sauce and toppings of choice

Mix all 3 ingredients in large bowl with a spoon. Once you see it foamining, (adding 1 cup at a time)add 3 cups flour and 2 cups whole wheat flour, salt and garlic. Knead for 8 minutes with hands until the correct consistancy, no longer sticky but not flaky. Divide dough in half. Prepare 2 pizza pans with tin foil slightly sprayed with non stick spray and lightly sprinkle corn meal to keep pizza from sticking. Put half dough on each pan and gently work pizza dough with fingers towards edge of pan evenly. Spread desired sauce and toppings. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until dough is golden and cheese is bubbly and golden in places. You can also pre bake your crust before you put sauce or toppings on, just for a few minutes, to help it get nice and crips! Allow your pizza to cool a few minutes or it looks like my picture does, when someone cuts into it too fast! :)
EnJOY!
