Dutch Babies/ German Pancakes

I love this breakfast treat! So simple and quick to make and it is so yummy! Your family will love you first thing in the morning!

Dutch Babies/ German Pancakes
1/3 c. butter, melted
¾ c flour
4 eggs
¾ c. milk
1 Tblsp sugar

Preheat oven to 425. Place 8x11” baking dish in oven to heat empty while preparing ingredients. Beat eggs, add butter, then milk, flour and sugar. Place ingredients into preheated baking dish. Bake for 18-20 minutes until puffy and golden brown. It will deflate once out of oven. Serve hot. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, maple syrup, fruit or yogurt.
